Arising Youth International, founded by Toronda Daniels, is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina with operations in Nairobi, Kenya. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support services to youths globally. We utilize partnerships with schools, churches, businesses and governmental organizations to create programs designed for promoting positive youth development. Our partners are innovative thinkers with ideas on how to effectively address chronic social issues to impact the future. In an effort to create social change, we focus on three main areas; the arts, education and leadership development.
Our Mission
We believe that the hope for our future lies with the youth. In order to build a better future we must invest in our youths. Our mission is empowering youths through leadership, art and education.
OUR HISTORY
Toronda Daniels founded Arising Youth International in 2015 to provide services to youths in the United States and abroad. Since its inception, AYI has partnered with schools, churches and organization in the United States as well as Kenya. Through partnerships and networking, AYI has been able to offer programs that encourage positve youth development while working to build a better future.
